Agreement and age

By using Djensur you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Djensur is for users aged 16 and over; by creating an account you declare that you are 16 or older.

Your account

You give accurate details, keep your login secret and are responsible for what happens through your account. One account per person. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings.

Your content

What you make and share stays yours. You only give Djensur a limited, revocable license to show your content in the app so you and others can practice, share and make duets. Remove your content or your account and that license ends.

You are fully responsible for everything you upload. You represent that you hold all the rights you need, to the music, the choreography and the rest, and that your content infringes no one else's copyright, trademark, image rights or any other right. Never upload other people's material without permission.

Your recordings

Your session recordings stay local on your device. Djensur has no license to them and cannot view or share them. If you share a recording yourself, for example to TikTok, that is your choice and the terms of that platform apply from then on.

What is not allowed

The following are prohibited: child sexual abuse material and any sexualization of minors, sexually explicit content, bullying, body-shaming, harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal content, impersonation and spam.

Report something that does not belong and we remove it and may suspend accounts. For illegal content, in particular child abuse material, we remove it and report it to the competent authorities.

Music

Add trending sounds in TikTok itself. Djensur does not bake third-party music into your export. You are responsible for the music you use in your own uploaded videos.

Reporting, blocking and action

If you see something that does not belong, report it via the report button on the post, the comment or the profile, or block the user. We review every report and may remove content or suspend an account. If you disagree with a decision or think your rights are being infringed, email hello@djensur.com.

Liability and indemnity

We do our best to keep Djensur running well, but offer the app as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage from using the app. Your mandatory rights as a consumer always remain.

You indemnify Djensur against third-party claims arising from the content you upload or share.

Changes

We may change these terms and change or discontinue parts of Djensur. For an important change we let you know in advance, in the app or by email. If you keep using Djensur after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time. If we ever discontinue the app, you will hear from us in advance; your recordings live locally on your own device anyway.

Dutch law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory EU consumer law continues to apply.
